We offer the films at three different price points:

Individuals & Public Libraries
The educational license grants non-paying public performance rights to
universities, colleges, libraries, high schools and other institutions. It also
entitles you to our DVD return program: for up to four years after purchase, if
your DVD becomes scratched or unusable, simply return the DVD to us and we will
mail you a replacement copy at a cost of $50, including shipping. Please note
that the individual purchase price does not grant public performance rights, including
classroom screenings. It is for home viewing purposes only.

How to order
Online ordering is now available. Simply visit the page for the film you would like to order and click on the appropriate license price on the right side of the page.
We accept credit cards and Paypal online. (You do not need to have or open a Paypal account to order online).
You may still order offline if you wish. To order by mail or fax download our Sales Agreement (requires Adobe Acrobat reader) and fax or mail along with a purchase order or check to: Zipporah Films, Inc.

Shipping information for Sales
Please note that orders often require 1-3 business days for processing time in addition to transit time. We can usually turn urgent orders around in one day, however, please contact us directly if you have an urgent shipping need or if you wish to use your own shipping account number (handling charges may apply).
Orders received after 10am EST on Fridays will not be shipped until the following Monday.

PLEASE NOTE that international airmail shipping is done at your own risk.
We cannot be responsible for any DVDs lost or damaged in transit if you select
International Airmail service. We also will not ship more than two DVDs by airmail
service. If you select International Airmail as your ship method but have three
or more DVDs in your shopping cart, the pricing will default to International
Priority pricing.

Terms and Conditions for Sales
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If a DVD or VHS is received in damaged or unsatisfactory condition, it may be exchanged for a new copy of the same film. Damages must be reported within 14 days of receipt of video.
RENTAL INFORMATION
For public screenings, we rent the films in 16mm format, and on VHS or DVD upon request . (If you are an individual interested in renting the film, please see our FAQ.)
LA DERNIERE LETTRE is available in 35mm and VHS.
When no admission is charged, the rates for one screening are:
$600 NEAR DEATH (The film may be screened once over a 5 day period.)
$400 TITICUT FOLLIES
$400 STATE LEGISLATURE
$300 All other titles
**THE LAST LETTER (La Derniere Lettre) is in 35mm. Please inquire for pricing.
When admission is charged, the rate per screening is the listed rental rate or 50% of the gross box office receipts, whichever is greater. A box office report must be filed with Zipporah Films following the screening. If an additional payment is due, a separate invoice will be sent. Additional rental screenings on the same or subsequent days are 50% of the initial fee.
How to Schedule a Rental
Due to limited availability of 16mm prints, we only take rental orders offline. Please order well in advance of your rental date. Rental orders will be confirmed by email or phone within 4 business days. We require a completed Rental Agreement (requires Adobe Acrobat reader) and a purchase order or prepayment in order to ship a film. You may use one Rental Agreement to order multiple titles.

Shipping and Handling fees for 16mm prints
New England: $20 per film
East of the Mississippi River: $25 per film
West of the Mississippi River: $35 per film
International: Please inquire
Return Shipping
We depend upon the prompt return of prints. Rentals must be returned via UPS, U.S. Priority Mail, or Federal Express insured for the amount specified on the shipping instructions included in the film case. Prints must be postmarked no later than 1 day after the screening date. A LATE FEE of $25 per day may be charged if the print is received in Cambridge more than 5 business days following the screening.
Terms and Conditions for Rentals
Date changes and cancellations must be made by telephone. No charge will be incurred if the film has not been shipped.
Damages: Each 16mm print and video is inspected and cleaned before and after each screening. If a print is returned excessively damaged or with footage missing, you will be billed for replacement footage at 75 cents per foot with a 100 foot minimum. Occasionally it is necessary for an entire reel to be replaced. The client will be invoiced accordingly.
Handling: If client wishes to use own shipping account for 16mm print rental, a $10 handling charge will be applied to total rental charge.
